Things which matter now

Hello everyone. I was wondering about a few things lately. We take our health less seriously these days. When I say health it means both physical and mental health. Common problems people are facing is the work pressure which is causing both physical and mental strain. I think it is very important to plan our work and know our capability about doing something and learning to say no to people if you cant match early deadlines because only you know the amount of work required to develop or resolve a bug(In IT perspective). It is very important to take a break from work and stop living your life like a pressure cooker with no whistle to release its pressure otherwise you know what happens to such a cooker. Be more humble and gentle and stop over analyzing situations like what if you lose your job and just say it out in the right way possible when you cant do it because I believe people are kind enough to understand and all it takes is the courage to speak your mind out. Judgy😒

In school me and my friends were fairly good in studies and used to wonder why others dint study well. We never wanted to know what made them that way but just used to think the only thing in a students life is to study and if the person doesn’t do it well he/she is practically doing nothing good.   Now when I interact with people I understand each one lives a different life and each one has different challenges to face. Few had family issues, few were in charge of cooking at home and taking care of siblings since their mom left to work, few spent their weekends doing lot of household work and spent remaining time studying, few came from other schools and found it hard to adjust, few were introverts so dint ask doubts in topics they dint understand, few were good in sports and had different talents.  We are often so quick to judge a person without knowing anything about them.
